My stay was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and felt like home, which was a big plus. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of eateries and attractions, but we did experience a bit of noise from the main road. Dining was excellent, but I found the lack of toiletries a little disappointing. Overall, it was a value-for-money experience in a beautiful setting.

Our stay at Grange Hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and felt like a home away from home, and the location was perfect for exploring Ooty. The food at the restaurant was simply delicious, and the manager, Raghu, really took good care of us. However, the lack of toiletries in the bathrooms was a bit disappointing, and I would have liked 24-hour hot water instead of the limited schedule provided.
